I was uncomfortable with any kind of attention because I didn't feel worthy of being seen.

Real talk… I had just gained 80lbs, I was trying to find my purpose, dealing with chronic illness and was barreling towards burnout.

 

BUT, I knew if I wanted a business that was going to light me up, I had to step up & SHOW UP! So…

  • I said goodbye to my career styling celebrities like Ariana Grande and Zendaya and created an aligned brand style to put out into the world.

  • I ditched the trends and bought outfits that I felt good in.

  • I let go of my fear of being judged (after some intense mindset and energy work - IFYKYK), and I stopped thinking I needed to fit everyone else’s expectations of me.

  • I recognized that in order to truly help the people I wanted to serve, I needed to be rooted in a body that I loved and aligned with who I wanted to BE.

In other words...

I embraced my Trish-est self.
