I was trigger AF

... hearing coach after coach casually fling this👇 statement from their lofty IG story mountain tops -- like a word grenade I didn't have time to take cover from

"How you do one thing - is how you do everything"

*my brain heard*... You suck at staying consistent and it's your fault that your life + business aren't where you want them to be yet.

Just keeping it 100% real with you, {{first_name}}...

 I'd hear, "how you do one thing..." and I'd instantly be on the defensive - it felt like my character was under attack... 

I know now that I wasn't honoring my integrity...

I wanted to be visible. I wanted to share my voice. I wanted to make a really big fucking impact in the world.

But I didn't feel worthy of being seen.

TBH I needed all the spiritual tools to cleans that stuck energy  -- sage, palo santo, tapping, meditation, cards, and crystals galore

I didn't realize it's not reallllly about what I was/wasn't doing but rather WHO I was being.

When we look at *that* statement on the surface (and how it's often tossed around) it presupposes that we are fundamentally doing something wrong...

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU! EVER! LIKE EVER-EVER!!

Let's refocus on...

Being > Doing

I didn't reallllllly know myself - I was afraid to confront all the shadowy parts...

But those parts make up the whole of you, my friend.

And how you LOVE yourself, SHOW UP for yourself, CELEBRATE yourself allows you to intentionally show up for your life + biz and call in all those deep desires for real...

When the ONE THING you're focused on is BEing yourself -  *YOU shine*

You are CONFIDENT in your body.

You are EXPRESSIVE with your voice.

You are UNAPOLOGETICALLY authentic.

Because you know yourself, love yourself, and trust yourself.

So of course getting visible feels easier, staying consistent feels fun, dressing your body joyfully is a daily habit, and growing your business happens with more ease.

If you take one thing from this love note this morning...

YOU are whole + worthy, right now.
